Xiao Pai (シャオパイ） is one of the bachelorette in Rune Factory 4. She works at the town inn and bathhouse, but finds it to be a challenging job. She can be quite clumsy, which often leads to misfortune for her. Since her equally clumsy lucky mother is very popular with the tourists, Xiao Pai has a slight inferiority complex. Despite this, she continues being a natural hardworker at the Little Bell Inn.

Xiao Pai is very close to Lin Fa, as she is often seen conversing with her. However, because her father, Yanfan, travels and works abroad so much, Xiao Pai isn't as close to him. However, she gets along with her father as she never misses the chance to spend time with him near the inn whenever he visits Selfia.

• Xiao Pai shares the similar resentment with Marian from Rune Factory 3. Although, Marian's case is unusual since her dislike for tomatoes are because of her hypersensitivity with tomatoes' smell. This cause her dislike since hypersensitivity may lead to allergies.
• Her seiyuu is Hisako Kanemoto.
• She is the only bachelorette(yet) to have a reverse proposal in Rune Factory 4.
