Throughout the game, there are events which might trigger at random. These events help to develop the characters involved and flesh out the town. Although there is ”no way to force one to trigger” some events are also necessary to get married, or to gain access to certain areas after finishing Act II of the plot.
When an event is triggered, anyone participating in it will not join you until the event has finished. You can check the diary beside your bed to see if there are any events currently active.
These are events that you will be able to go through before courting anyone or completing the main game. Several are needed for the various marriage candidates.

|1: Talk to Bado. He will tell you about watering cans helping plants grow by watering and you can give him either answer.
2: Talk to Forte.
3: Next day: Watch a conversation between Bado and Vishnal in the blacksmith's.
4: Next day: Watch a conversation between Bado, Porcoline, and Margaret by the restaurant.
5: Next day: Watch a conversation between Bado and Arthur by the general store.
6: Watch a conversation between Bado and Forte in the town square.
7: Talk to Bado at Dragon Lake.
8: If everyone in town is talking about the Water of Life and golden eggs, then go to the blacksmith's and watch a scene with yourself and Forte.
|A Cooper’s Windfall||Lin Fa, Kiel, Forte, Bado, Yang Fan||None||You will get Chocolate Sponge and Pound Cake as a reward partway through this event.|
|1: Kiel and Forte, when you talk to them, will tell you about an army of ants causing trouble outside of town.
2: Go outside of town and save a traveler from some ants.
3: Go back into town, watch a cutscene with Yang Fan and Bado in the town square.
4: Watch a cutscene outside of the blacksmith's with Bado and Kiel.
5: Go back to the town square and watch a cutscene between you and Forte.
6: Go into the blacksmith's and watch another cutscene with you and Bado.
7: Bado will tell you to go to the inn, so go there and watch another cutscene.
8: Go outside of town again and kill some more ants. You get the rewards now, but the event isn't done.
9: Go back to the inn and see another cutscene with Lin Fa.
10: Go find and talk to the bucket salesman in the town square, then watch the end of the event.

8: Talk to Xao Pai to see a short conversation with her and Lin Fa, and then go outside to see the end of the event.

6: After the third day, visit Vishnal again and hear of how much the trinket's working.
7: The next day, walk into Vishnal's room and hear about the statue's demise.
8. The next day, walk into Vishnal's room again and watch a scene play out between you, Vishnal, and Clorica.

5: Go to the housing area, near the clinic and watch an event with Illuminata and Nancy. Then speak to Xiao Pai afterwards. Xiao Pai will then follow you.
6: Speak to Illuminata in the same area and speak to Xiao Pai.
7: Head to Dragon Lake to see another event scene.
|Get It Together!||Clorica, Doug, Amber, Arthur, Margaret, Forte, Dolce, Pico, Vishnal||Have Amber and Dolce in town.||This event can still happen without Dolce, the 6th step will just be skipped and go right to the 7th.|
|1: Go to the plaza. Clorica will be collapsed on the ground. When you wake her and talk to her, she will be struck with an idea.
2: The next day, Clorica will have gathered Doug and Amber in the plaza. They plan to get advice from Forte.
3: Go observe their lesson with Forte.
4: The next day, the three meet in the plaza again and plan to see Arthur. Follow them, and watch the scene play out.
5: The next day, the three gather in the plaza a third time and agree to meet Margaret. Follow them to her house.
6: The next day, the three will gather in the plaza one last time before meeting Dolce in the area near the pharmacy. Watch the event play out, then talk to Clorica.
7: The next day, go out into the plaza and observe Clorica.

|Pajama Party Time!||All of the bachelor/ettes||Finish Act I||This event is repeatable. After completing all Town Events (or any event really) This will repeat over and over unless the "Disable Town Events" is ordered.|
|1: Speak to Doug (if you are male) or Margaret (if you are female) and agree to go to their party.
2: Go to Arthur's room/Margaret's house after 19:00 and watch the event play out. There are multiple conversations that might appear.
|Shiny Memories||Blossom, Doug, Xiao Pai, Arthur, Porcoline, Margaret, Ventuswill||Have bird's nest above bedroom entrance on outside of castle.||This event can be completed regardless of Ventuswill's state.|
|1. Blossom will mention the birds nest above your door. She then talks about a bird nicknamed "Twinkle" that stole glittery things off of people.
2. Walk into the Inn. Xiao Pai will say that she's afraid to go outside because of a bird that's attacking her.
3. After walking into Arthur's room, he will be looking everywhere for a pair of eyeglasses. He mentions seeing the bird on his windowsill and opening the window to feed it. It must have taken his glasses.
4. Go into Porcoline's kitchen while him and Margaret are in there. Something will occur and Meg will talk about how Porcoline is very kind to animals and Porcoline will spin around repeatedly.
5. Finally go into the general store. Blossom and Doug will be inside. Blossom asks Doug to get something for her. The window opens and Twinkle appears! Blossom doesn't seem worried, she says there is nothing that Twinkle would want. Twinkle swoops down at Blossom and steals a necklace she was wearing! Doug takes off after Twinkle after Blossom warns Doug not to hurt himself.
6. Follow Doug to the front of the castle. He climbs the parapet to get to the nest, and falls. A wind comes out of nowhere and cushions Doug's fall. Blossom scolds Doug for being reckless, and they go home.
7. You run in to Ventuswill's room and end the event.
8. The next day if you speak to Blossom, she will thank you and give you a Charm.

|1: Speak to Dylas. He will demand that you smile for him.
2: The next day, talk to Dylas. After hearing his confession, take him around town and have people smile for him.
3: Once Dylas has seen enough, let him go, and talk to Porcoline.

|1: Go to the northern part of Selphia: Melody Street from the Town Plaza. Arthur will start a conversation, with Volkanon eavesdropping.
2: Go to Selphia: Housing Area. You'll get a cutscene where you notice trash on the ground and pick it up automatically.
3: Go to outside of Meg's house, where she has fallen on the ground and speak with her to help her up.
4: Go to outside of the Inn and get a cutscene where you help some noble ladies get to the flower shop.
5: Go speak to Volkanon.
6: Go speak to Volkanon again.

8: Go outside town for the final scene.

7: Follow Dolce as she runs around town after the sign. This step is pretty straightforward. The final scene will end at Selphia: Dragon Lake.
|Thoughts Lost in the Lake||Margaret, Illuminata||-||Required to trigger "Being Here".|
|1: Talk to Margaret, she will explain how people have been littering by the lake. An option will appear, choose "Let me help." to proceed with the event.
2: Margaret will join your party. Lead her down to Selphia: Dragon Lake where a scene with Illuminata will take place.
3: Margaret will assign places to pick up trash. Go to the spot your shown and pick up the 3 pieces of garbage (Markers should show you where they are.).
4: When you pick up the final piece of trash another scene will trigger discussing a bottle you found that's supposed to have a song inside it.
5: Illuminata will leave after teasing about Margaret's and your relationship. A flustered Margaret will then ask you to call her "Meg" as her close friends do. You're choice will then determine what you call her from now on unless you're in a relationship and have set nicknames.
|Too Much Free Time||Dylas, Doug, Kiel, Vishnal, Arthur, Leon||Have Leon in town.||-|
|1: Go to the restaurant when all the boys are there and watch Doug and Dylas arm wrestle.
2: Come back again later in the day and observe the results of the two's efforts.
Random Plot Events
This is a single event which you will need to watch in order to go through Act III. Until you have completed this event, you cannot re-fight the boss of Leon Karnak or enter Rune Prana.

|1: Go to the flower store. Amber and Dylas will be there discussing a door.
2: The next day, go to the clinic and eavesdrop on Dolce and Pico.
3: The next day, go to the inn and see Leon and Barrett discuss something.
4: Go to Ventuswill's perch.
5: The next day, go to the inn and watch a conversation between Dolce and Raven.
6: The next day, go to Ventuswill's perch again and ask to assist the guardians. After a failed attempt, you will be told about the door in Leon Karnak.
These are the final events that must be completed before marriage, and will end with the option to propose or accept a proposal. To view them, you must complete any normal events required to marry the character that you chose, and go on at least three dates with the character.

|1: Talk to everyone in town as they will say that there have been sightings of a Siren located in the lake near Selphia Plains.
2: Talk to Margaret and walk to the lake together.
3: Listen to the conversation and after leaving the area, the siren will briefly appear and then return to the lake. Wait till the next day to continue the event.
4: Go to Margaret's house and upon entering she will be crying, but will stop and she will she is fine and asks you to leave. From here, go see Porcoline and after a short conversation, you both will go back to Margaret's house.
5: After arriving and reading the conversation, Margaret will run out of the house and you must go back to the lake.
6: After the scene when she loses her voice, walk around town and talk to everyone. Afterwards, go see Kiel and after talking to him, Margaret will urge you to go back to her house.
7: Once arriving, she will grab the Melody Bottle that you both found while cleaning the town lake. Before you both go off to the lake, she will ask why would you go this far for her and you answer her. After answering her question, her Sub-Marriage event cut-scene will be played. After the cut-scene and the conversation, both of you head for the lake.
8: Upon arriving, the siren will appear and the long, but tearful conversation goes on. After it is over, the siren tells Margaret to be like her, and disappears into the water, as well as returning Margaret's voice. With the return of her voice, Margaret is overjoyed being able to speak again and heads towards you and kisses you. You both then return to town.
9: Upon returning, she will ask you for your ear. Once you offer it to her, she whispers to you that she may be expecting you to say an "important string of words" to her and that she will be waiting. The event ends with Porcoline overjoyed with the return of Margaret's voice.
Post Marriage Events
These are events that you can participate in with your spouse after marriage.
