Once you've ordered the appropriate license for yourself, you can get a crafting table (as well as the forge) from Bado after you have activated the 2 central switches to get to the boss room in the Water Ruins, which you can place wherever you so choose. Please note that the option for the license will not appear until after you've talked to Bado and he has stated that it's time for you get a crafting table. Crafting is used to make armor and accessories, and you can get the recipe bread them by eating the accessory bread sold by Porcoline. You can also make items without a recipe, if you so choose.

When you use the crafting table, you will be given the option to make armor, shields, headgear, shoes, accessories, or to upgrade armor.
A number only require a type of item, and any item that falls into this type may be used.

Level/Rarity Bonus[]
When crafting an item you can used up to 6 items, and use an additional 9 to upgrade it, the total level (1-10) of all 15 items are added together and a bonus Defence and Magic Defence is added to the Armor/accessory.

Rarity is a hidden value assigned to all items from 1 to 15 regardless of level, the max being 225 for all 15 items having a rarity of 15.
For example if you made a Small Shield with 6 dragonic stone(rarity 15) and upgraded it with 9 rune crystals (rarity 14) the rarity would total 216, so the weapon would be granted the top bonus of +800 DEF.
